Analyse multivari\u00e9e<\/h1>\n<p>D\u00e9finition\u00a0: on parle d\u2019analyse <strong>multivari\u00e9e<\/strong> lorsqu\u2019on prend en compte d\u2019autres facteurs pour \u00e9tudier l\u2019association entre une variable \u00e0 expliquer et une variable explicative, qui sera <strong>ajust\u00e9e<\/strong> (et non pas brute).<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"regression\">A. Mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9gression<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00e9finition : mod\u00e8le statistique qui permet d&rsquo;estimer ou de pr\u00e9dire l&rsquo;association entre une ou plusieurs variables explicatives sur une variable dite a\u0300 expliquer.<\/li>\n<li>Anglais\u00a0: <em>regression model<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Ex\u00a0: l&rsquo;association entre l&rsquo;\u00e2ge, le sexe et le niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation et la pr\u00e9valence d&rsquo;une maladie. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On distingue diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En fonction de\u00a0<strong>la nature de la variable expliqu\u00e9e <\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Quantitative\u00a0: r\u00e9gression <strong>lin\u00e9aire<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Qualitative\u00a0: r\u00e9gression <strong>logistique<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Censur\u00e9e\u00a0:<strong> mod\u00e8le de Cox<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>En fonction du <strong>nombre de variables\u00a0<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Simple\/univari\u00e9e\u00a0<\/strong>: 1 seule variable explicative<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multiple\/multivari\u00e9e\u00a0<\/strong>: &gt; 1 variable explicative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il est important de d\u00e9finir ce qu\u2019est un <strong>mod\u00e8le\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00e9finition : repr\u00e9sentation simplifi\u00e9e d\u2019un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne ou d\u2019un processus dans un but explicatif ou descriptif.<\/li>\n<li>Synonyme\u00a0: r\u00e9gression<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"lin\">B. R\u00e9gression lin\u00e9aire<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00e9finition : mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9gression qui permet d\u2019\u00e9tudier la liaison entre des variables quantitatives (1 variable expliqu\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 \u2264 1 variables explicatives) dans lequel on fait l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se que la fonction qui relie ces variables est lin\u00e9aire (aX +b).<\/li>\n<li>Anglais\u00a0: <em>linear regression, linear model<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Synonyme\u00a0: mod\u00e8le lin\u00e9aire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"lin_simple\">1.
